The IHT Central and Southern Scotland Branch hosted the annual Ian Brown Paper in Melrose on Tuesday 17th March. The paper provided a summary of the delivery of this important new transport project by representatives of Transport Scotland, Midlothian Council and Scottish Borders Council.
