The Cymru Wales Region AGM is held in April each year the date and venues are to be confirmed in the coming weeks so watch this space.

We are keen for new members to join the committee to ensure that the CIHT in Cymru Wales keeps delivering a great service to its members. We organise technical talks in North and South Wales from September through to April. We also hold two dinners, a formal celebration of the industry in Cardiff in the Spring and the Cymru Wales region awards in North Wales in November.

We have an active and enthusiastic Young Professionals Committee, led by Daniel McCool, involvement with an institution is a great opportunity to raise your profile in the industry. 

The Cymru Wales region has a strong tradition of delivering world class engineering in the highways and transportation fields. As a region of the CIHT our aim is to ensure that this continues and we will do what we can to promote the development of professionals through qualifications, mentoring and CPD activities.
