CIHT is the End Point  Assessment organisation for the Transport Planning Technician apprenticeship. At the end of this apprenticeship, successful apprentices are eligible to apply for Engineering Technician status with the Engineering Council. This professional recognition provides a springboard for their career, with many going on to register for Degree apprenticeships in Transport Planning or Civil Engineering, with CIHT supporting them every step of the way.

We recently conducted the first remote End Point Assessment (EPA) interviews for the Technician apprenticeship and more are scheduled to take place over the coming weeks. We are very grateful to all of the apprentices, their employers and our reviewers for their support and patience during this time.

For further information on apprenticeships and EPA arrangements, please contact John Hall e: john.hall@ciht.org.uk
