IHT will make the Blackwell Meeting Room, at the Britannia Walk offices, available to members who need to work at a desk.  The room is now equipped with a wireless enabled laptop and a printer, both of which will be available on request. 

There will be no advance booking system for the Blackwell Room and it will still occasionally be required by staff or other parties to use for meetings.  On these occasions, IHT will make alternative arrangements for members who wish to work at a desk. 

Should you wish to hire a room, IHT has a variety of conveniently located, fully accessible facilities with full audio and visual systems available to hire for conferences, training and meetings. Services include:

• Audio visual equipment - including 50” plasma screens, bi-modal presentation facilities and roaming and lapel microphones
• Wireless internet and laptops available on request
• Refreshments and lunch available on request in our luxury bar area
• Special rates for IHT members and charities
• Cloakroom and luggage store available
