The mentoring platform has been designed to make finding, connecting and communicating with a mentor as easy as possible. It is packed with videos, tools, guides, and checklists to support you through your mentoring journey. Alongside the resources that help you define and set your mentoring goals, the platform also allows mentees and mentors to match and connect, in terms of the skills and experience they are offering and looking for. The platform also has an inbuilt meeting tool that allows you to arrange meetings, set agendas, record meeting notes, and agree action points and video chat from within the platform.
Whatever your career stage, being a mentor helps you to develop leadership skills, strengthen your communication and interpersonal skills, and gain fresh perspectives on interesting and relevant topics, all while contributing to others’ development.
