Mr. Chan is now responsible for planning, design and construction of various Universal Accessibility Programme (UAP) and Hillside Escalator Links and Elevator Systems (HEL) projects, Design and Build for Kai Tak Development Stage 4, Tai O Phase 3 Improvement Works, term consultancy of Airport Authority, and other building and A&A works. Mr. Chan’s vision is to enhance the connectivity of public society with civil engineering bodies to ensure harmonized city development.
He has been involved in the design and construction of the Central-Wan Chai Bypass, Liantang / Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Crossing Facilities, Terminal 2 Expansion, Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel, Cross Bay Link, Improvement of Tai Tau Leng Roundabout and Fanling Highway and Development of Kwu Tung North and Fanling North New Development Area projects. Raymond Pau is NEC3 and NEC4 accredited Project Manager for Engineering and Construction Contract.
Alan has over 26 years of experience in civil engineering and infra-structure projects in Hong Kong. He obtained a MBA and MSc in 2003 and 2007 respectively.
He is currently a Fellow member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE), Corporate member of Institution of Civil Engineers, Committee member of HKIE Civil Division.
Mr. Mark Ngan is a Senior Resident Engineer of Ove Arup and Partners (HK) Ltd. with over 23 years of experience in the planning, design, management, contract administration and supervision of civil engineering, highway, sewage treatment and infrastructure projects, as well as integrated casino resorts, having worked on a number of major projects in Hong Kong, Macau and UK.
He is currently responsible for the overall Master Programme for the HK$ 42.36 Billion, Central Kowloon Route Project connecting the West Kowloon reclamation and the proposed Kai Tak Development to relieve the existing and future traffic congestion on the existing east-west roads across Central Kowloon.
Alan has been responsible for several medium to large scale projects in Hong Kong, China and United Kingdom.
Dr. Gordon Leung is devoted to highway / pavement engineering research and education and he obtained his academic qualifications in civil engineering, foundation engineering, pavement engineering and higher education from University of Nottingham, University of Birmingham, HKPolyU and Harvard University respectively.
His research interests are in the areas of highway materials, pavement management system and pavement foundation testings. In the past, he played a key role in drafting and updating a number of government specifications including Guidance Notes 036 on Road Markings since 2008. In recent years, he also serves the University of Hong Kong responsible in teaching highway pavement engineering under the MSc degree programme. Before entering the academic field, Gordon was a professional engineer with Ove Arup HK. He is also the former Chairman of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation – HK Region between 2019 and 2021.
Mr. Terence is a Senior Engineer in Mott Macdonald Limited with over 16 years' experience in civil and structural engineering projects with diverse responsibilities. These include airport concept and detailed design working on a range of major international hubs such as Hong Kong and Macau Airport as well as smaller regional airports.
Areas of expertise include airport masterplan and detailed design and construction monitoring. He has played a key role in a wide range of highways and transportation projects in Hong Kong, Macau and United Kingdom.
Kevin Man is an Executive Engineer of Meinhardt Infrastructure & Environment Ltd with over 19 years experience in traffic engineering and transport planning gained in Hong Kong, Macau, China and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Paul He is an Associate in MVA with over 11 years’ experience in traffic engineering and transport planning and had participated in a wide variety of traffic and transport related projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
He has good experience in projects of various natures, such as Master Layout Planning (MLP) for large scale mixed-use developments, Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) for new developments and Temporary Traffic Management (TTM).
Ms. Cherry Suen is currently an Engineer with the Highways Department of Hong Kong SAR Government. Cherry is experienced with bridge design, project management and contract administration.
Ir Pung has been involved in designs, feasibility studies, contract management and construction supervision for a wide range of civil engineering projects, with extensive experience in planning and design of infrastructure in Tung Chung New Town Extension and other highway projects namely Cross Bay Link, Tseung Kwan O.
He is currently a Design Management Engineer in MTR Corporation Limited.
Formerly Raymond was Honorary Secretary of the CIHT HK Branch till 2008/09, and also served as the Honorary Secretary of HKIE Structural Division.
Mr. Chris Chiu is curently a Sub Agent of China Harbour Engineering Company Limited. He has over 11 years' experience in construction projects expertizing site formation, highways, drainage and sewerage system.
Mr. Law is currently an Assistant Project Manager of China Harbour Engineering Company Limited. He has over twenty-five years experience in construction projects expertizing in site formation, foundations, road & drainage works, upgrading & maintenance of slopes, maintenance of highways, maintenance of drainage system and highways infrastructures.
She has played a key role in a wide range of highways and transportation projects in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Singapore.
She has worked with a wide range of high-profile clients across the world on the planning, assessment and implementation of Travel Demand Management measures.
She has considerable stakeholder engagement experience and is well used to dealing with organisations from all different sectors.
He has over 100 research outputs including international journals, conference proceedings, and technical reports. Tony is currently an associate editor of Accident Analysis and Prevention and editorial board members of five international journals. He had experience in consultancy service for the Transport Department and the Independent Review Committee on Hong Kong’s Franchised Bus Service of Hong Kong SAR Government. Tony is also a member of the Road Safety Research Committee of Road Safety Council in Hong Kong.
He has been the traffic and transport team lead in a number of major projects in Hong Kong including the design and construction of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities, Tung Chung New Town Extension (East), Kwun Tung North NDA, West Kowloon Cultural District and Trunk Road T2. He is enthusiastic of bringing in innovative traffic solutions to large-scale development projects, one of which is the recent introduction of Hong Kong's first Full Autonomous Shuttle in the West Kowloon Cultural District.

Mr Ares Kam is currently an Engineer in the Highways Department of Hong Kong SAR Government. Ares is experienced in various public works highway and civil engineering infrastructure projects. He has been involved in public works projects under different phases including investigation, design and construction, and site supervision.
He is experienced in reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete and steel bridge structure, road and drainage work, and highways and civil engineering works. He is also experienced in project management, contract administration and construction site supervision.

Mr. Wilson CHAN is a Graduate Railway Civil & Systems Engineer from Ove Arup & Partners (HK) Ltd. with experience in railway systems review, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), safety management system (SMS) review, project coordination and railway civil & structural projects in Hong Kong and the UK.
He is currently working on both rail systems and civil & structural engineering works, including SMS review, requirement management and railway depot redevelopment and station design.

Benedict is a Traffic Engineer in Meinhardt Infrastructure and Environment Limited with experience in highway design, project management and traffic assessment for various public roadworks and private development.
Ms. Wendy Fong is a Graduate Traffic Engineer in MVA Asia Ltd focusing on transportation and traffic planning in Hong Kong projects.
Michael is working as Assistant Engineer in Mott MacDonald Hong Kong Limited with over 3 years’ experience in transport studies and project management in civil and infrastructural projects.
Wing is currently a Year 3 student of THEi studying in the course of Bachelor of Civil Engineering. She is also a co-operate member of the ICE HKA G&S Division and Chairman of the CSCE HKB Student Chapter in THEi.
She was formerly external vice president of the THEi Civil Engineering Society and student representative in the ICE HKA G&S.
Franco is a Year 2 student at Chu Hai College of Higher Education studying in the course of Construction Engineering and Management. He is the student representative of CHCHE currently.
Hang Yu is a Year 2 student of the Hong Kong PolyU. She is also the EXCO-member of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Student Society and student representative in the ICE HKA G&S.
Zaria is the student representative of the University of Hong Kong.
