This post reports to Senior Design Engineer or Principal Design Engineer level and leads on active travel projects. The role will initially be focussed on the delivery and management of on-street cycle hangar parking facilities, and over time will become involved in developing and facilitating the delivery of other active travel work across the team.

This is not an engineering role but requires an individual with either a transport planning or other technical background, who has a solid understanding and experience of measures to promote and implement active travel measures at inception, design, consultation, implementation and monitoring and evaluation stages.
