Salary: starting salary is £34,373 (Level One) rising to £36,371 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period.

The Transport Strategy service is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join an ambitious and innovative team. The team has a central role in preparing and implementing the statutory Local Transport Plan. It also supports the Carbon Neutral 2028 Plan and other economic and environmental strategies. The post offers the opportunity to work in all aspects of local transport planning ranging from policy development, bidding for funding, commissioning projects, scheme delivery, communications and monitoring and evaluation activities.
