CIHT Annual Luncheon 2013
The CIHT Annual Luncheon is the largest event in the CIHT Calendar. It is the perfect opportunity for CIHT members to invite their valued guests to the Luncheon and network with their colleagues.
The event was held on Friday 13 December 2013 at Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London, W1K 7TN. Lunch was served at approximately 1pm, followed by speeches, with the event finishing around 3.30pm. The event was sold out in 2013 with a total of 1760 guests attending.
CIHT Foundation
As is the custom, there was a collection made during the Annual Luncheon in aid of the
CIHT Foundation. CIHT extends its sincere thanks to all those who contributed to the collection which came to £17k in 2013!
The Foundation has been created by CIHT to receive charitable donations from collections and other appeals to distribute to activities and projects that we can support as part of our charitable aims. The focus is usually on educational or innovative proposals that advance the art and science of highways and transportation. The funds raised go into a restricted CIHT account so that they can only be used strictly for this purpose.
