CIHT has embarked on a brand-new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Advocate programme, whereby knowledgeable and skilled professionals will support the delivery of our EDI overarching theme for our members, partners, the wider sector and the communities that we serve.
CIHT needs knowledgeable and skilled professionals who can volunteer to help support the delivery of our EDI theme and help shape the future of our sector.
Working experience of equity, equality, diversity and inclusion in one or more areas, not only in relation to progressing EDI within the workforce, but also in relation to inclusive design, policy and service delivery for the diverse communities we serve.
We welcome interest from professionals working both within and external to the highways, transportation and infrastructure sector.
