CIHT North East and Cumbria are delighted to invite members and guests to the annual Awards Dinner 2026.
This year the ceremony will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Newcastle and promises to be an unmissable event.

The dinner and awards ceremony will take place at the Crowne Plaza in Newcastle. The evening will celebrate excellence taking place across the North East & Cumbria in Transportation and is not to be missed.

Located a short walk from Newcastle train station, Crowne Plaza Newcastle – Stephenson Quarter provides guests with four-star luxury accommodation, and features an onsite spa, restaurant and gin bar. Overnight accommodation is available but please book early to avoid disappointment.
The shortlisted entries will be announced in September.
The dress code for the Dinner is formal. The theme of the evening is James Bond 007 - Licence to Shine, Built to Inspire.
