Join us for a 'meet a mentor/mentee' breakfast session where you will have the opportunity to meet existing mentors for the Transport Planning Professional (TPP) qualification. The session is aimed at people working towards gaining CTPP and also people considering becoming mentors.

James Shanks, Technical Director, WSP
James is a member of WSP’s Mobility Team based in Manchester. He is a Chartered Transport Planning Professional and has been a mentor for others working towards CTPP over the last 9 years. James is also a member of the CIHT Professional Standards Committee where he supported the development of the TPP Mentoring Guide. He has worked for WSP for over 17 years across Strategic Modelling and Transport Planning.
Adam Leary, Technical Director, WSP
Adam is the Place Lead for Liverpool in WSP’s Development team, and is a Chartered Transport Planning Professional. Adam has over twenty years experience in Transport and Development Planning, and has been a Professional Reviewer for the qualification since 2019. He has mentored successful candidates from a range of public and private sector backgrounds and skillsets, from across the UK.
