This year’s conference is a must for anyone involved in the audit process, whether a developer, project manager, designer or auditor. GG119 replaced HD19/15 as the national audit standard in October 2108. And it is no longer acceptable to undertake an audit ‘generally’ in accordance with GG119. SoRSA has therefore been working on companion guidance for anyone who is unable to fulfil all the requirements of this new standard. The conference will give you early sight of this new on-line guidance; show you how to provide an adequate audit brief; and complete and assess an auditor’s CV for various projects. It will also cover the wider use and relevance of collision data; the process of dealing with road fatalities; and the increasing influence of new technology.
Please note that the 2019 Conference will be held in Manchester as we have outgrown the Birmingham venue. We now have plenty of space for the Conference, but the number of bedrooms will again be limited and your room will not be confirmed until your invoice has been paid (or you can pay by Credit/Debit Card). All prices have again been held at the 2014 level.
There will be a small exhibition and spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis - book now to avoid disappointment.
