How do I book myself onto an event?

You need to be registered on the website first. Once registered, the process is online and very easy to follow.

Can you send me an invoice to pay for my attendance of an event?

Unfortunately, we do not issue invoices for events. Bookings should be made online.

I can no longer attend the event I have booked on. Will I still be charged?

Refunds will be made subject to the event’s terms and conditions.

The event I want to attend is fully booked. Can I be put on a waiting list?

Yes, on the webpage for your chosen event, you will be able to click on a link and add yourself to a waiting list.

If someone is not attending an event themselves, can they still book other delegates onto the event?

Yes, it is possible to book other people onto an event even if you are not attending.  You are also able to book multiple people onto an event in one booking.
