The CIHT Partnerships Network is growing in numbers. We are pleased to report that London Councils are the latest organisation to sign up to the CIHT’s Diversity & Inclusion Charter. There are now over 70 organisations who, by signing the Charter, have committed to building a culture and environment that values equality, diversity and inclusion.
All of CIHT’s Partner organisations are asked to sign the Diversity and Inclusion Charter, as one of the ways to support the work of CIHT and as being members of the Partnerships Network.
Now into its second year, the growth of the CIHT Partnership Network has been encouraging as Partners from Private, Public and the Academic sectors are drawn together for a well-rounded representation of the industry. The Network provides the platform to get different viewpoints on common issues and to develop relationships to hold meaningful discussions and debates to influence and inform stakeholders and industry decision makers.
In the past few months, Access Group, Milestone Infrastructure and Metrail Construction have all joined as Knowledge Partners. London Borough of Newham and London Councils have increased the number of Public Sector Partners. Imperial College London, Newcastle University, University College of London and University of Leeds have become Research & Education Partners and Farrans became the latest Affiliate Partner to join the CIHT Partnerships Network.
If your organisation has not signed the Diversity & Inclusion Partner and you would like to find out more about it, please contact sue.stephens@ciht.org.uk.
If you would like to find out more about how your organisation can get involved with or, if already Partners, how to increase their engagement with the Partnerships Network, contact joan.roemmele@ciht.org.uk.
