Eur Ing Miguel-Angel Serrano Santos is a distinguished Chartered Civil Engineer and internationally recognised authority in road safety.
A graduate of the University of Granada in Spain, he currently serves as Senior Road Safety Specialist for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and Lead Trainer for the International Road Federation (IRF).
